July Meeting & Roadride to Idyllwild
About 10 of us had quite a nice ride into Idyllwild last Sunday. Thanks for coming down early to take us there, Rene. The ride climbing into Idyllwild was twisty and scenic, just what a biker needs. After some BBQ face-stuffing at Joann's, the ride back sure did get toasty though. I had the brainfart to wear thin gloves with the backs cutout. The backsides of my hands looked like I was trying to lift Grasshopper's boiling iron pot with them.

Planning Future Events
As you might have already noticed, we have a general EVENTS page that is freely visible to all visitors. Share whatever event you'd like by posting it yourself. Everyone is free to post any events, rides, etc on this page. If you'd like to start a ride or camp specifically with members, please POST it in the MESSAGE BOARD (hosted by Yahoo Groups). If you haven't already, you will need to subscribe to the message board first to post AND receive such posts. Try it out. It can be quite useful for quickly sharing info with everyone. It's much more efficient than digging out individual emails from the member list.
